Raman Spectroscopy of Natural Titanomagnetites

چکیده
The Raman spectral patterns of analyzed natural titanomagnetite samples revealed peaks at 670-680 cm-1, 544-603 407-495 cm-1 and 373-392 that correspond to the A1g, T2g (2), (3) Eg vibrational modes spinel Fd3m space group. Previous studies spectra have suggested behavior these reflect distribution Fe2+-O, Fe3+-O Ti4+-O bonds within crystal structure. peak intensities each are observed be relative, reflecting re-distribution Fe2+ Fe3+ in both tetrahedral octahedral sites as a function Ti concentration. Existing spectroscopy limited analysis synthetic titanomagnetite. In this study, from i.e., magnetite-ulvöspinel solid solution were determine spectrum positions due changing content Ti4+, Fe3+.

Laser Micro-Raman Spectroscopy of CVD Nanocrystalline Diamond Thin Film
Laser micro-Raman spectroscopy is an ideal tool for assessment and characterization of various types of carbon-based materials. Due to its special optical properties (CrN) coated stainless steel substrates. NCD films have been investigated by laser micro-Raman spectroscopy. The fingerprint of diamond based materials is in the spectral region of 1000-1600 cm-1 in the first order of Raman scatter...
